What we'll reply to (and what we won't)
We try to respond to every legitimate message. Please understand that we can't usually help with:
- One-off technical support that isn't related to a tool on this site.
- Requests to remove your information from third-party sites we don't operate.
- Requests to add backlinks, "guest posts", or anything resembling SEO outreach. We don't publish guest content and we don't trade links.
Response time
We typically reply within two to three working days. During holiday periods or major releases this may stretch to a week. If you haven't heard back after seven days, feel free to resend — sometimes messages get caught in spam filters.
